SAYFA Systems reserves the right to use the information contained within the KOMBI Builda website for marketing and Sales Purposes. This includes accessing details such as Project & Client name.
Use of Kombi Builda
The KOMBI Builda is a simulation tool to get layout ideas. The information it provides is given solely as an indication and may in no circumstances replace a professional consultation, or the opinion of an expert in compliance and layout.
Always check that the dimensions match those specified in catalogues or the technical data on the KOMBI Access website. The KOMBI Builda is a digital tool used to design and view the layout in 3D, which is why we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the measurements given.
The User is solely responsible for how he/she uses the KOMBI Builda and cannot hold SAYFA Systems liable for any non-compliance, claims and/or proceedings brought against him/her. He/she agrees to be personally liable for any claims and/or proceedings brought against SAYFA Systems relating to his/her use of the KOMBI Builda Planner.
The User acknowledges that he/she is aware of the constraints and limitations of Internet networks. In these cases:
It is the User's responsibility – as any Internet user or mobile phone owner – to protect his/her technical equipment, namely from any type of virus and/or break-in attempt; in no case may SAYFA Group be held liable.
The User is solely responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of his/her technical equipment needed to use the KOMBI Builda. In no case may SAYFA Group be held liable should the KOMBI Builda be incompatible or have faults with certain User software, configurations, operating systems or equipment.
Engineering
KOMBI Builda is a 3d Visualization tool and does not account for engineering. All designs generated by the KOMBI Builda are strictly generic in nature and may not be suitable for the situation/location intended by the designer. All designs are to be reviewed and certified by a qualified structural engineer prior to commencing manufacture/installation. SAYFA Systems will not be held responsible for any engineering costs and/or additional construction costs resulting from design changes at the engineering stage.
Configurator Pricing
While every endeavour has be taken to ensure the accuracy of these pricing shown by the KOMBI Builda, SAYFA accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from the quoting uses of these prices. Prices shown are RRP (showing in AUD) and are subject to change at any time!
SAYFA is not obligated to alert users as to a pricing change.

Access
The KOMBI Builda can normally be accessed by the User 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year. SAYFA Group reserves the right – without notice or compensation – to temporarily or permanently close said access and shall not be liable for damages of any kind that may arise as a result.
Terms and Conditions of Trade
The supply of all products and systems or provision of associated services, are strictly subject to SAYFA Systems Terms and Conditions of Trade, which is available on request. Not all standard products and systems listed in the KOMBI Builda are available ex stock. Lead times on manufactured equipment may vary, and are subject to confirmation at time of ordering.
Product Disclaimer
All product specifications and technical descriptions, engineering, recommendations and other information provided by/in the KOMBI Builda are given as general guidance and advice and are to be viewed in conjunction with SAYFA Systems installation instructions and any other data available and applicable to each particular standard product or system.
Use of such data is however the User’s sole responsibility, taking into account the intended application and actual conditions existing on the particular worksite. Consequent selection of the right product for any particular use remains the User’s ultimate responsibility.
